Thank You for Shopping at 308 Industries!

We offer refunds and/or exchanges within the first 20 days of your purchase. If 20 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be eligible for a refund or exchange of any kind.

For all in-store purchases, we offer store credit only.
All sales are final on body armor, steel targets, and optics.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

  • Items must be unused and in the same condition as when received.

  • Items must be in their original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund; sale items are non-refundable.

Body Armor

Due to the nature of the product, all sales are final. No returns are accepted once the order has been placed.

Important Legal Notice:
U.S. law prohibits possession of body armor by convicted felons. Many states also impose penalties for such possession. By purchasing body armor from 308 Industries LLC, you certify that you have not been convicted of any crime that would disqualify you from owning body armor under federal or state laws. You also confirm that you do not intend to use the body armor for any criminal purpose and that you are over the age of 18.

Targets

You may return a target if it is not what you expected—as long as it has not been shot—at the buyer’s expense.

A cancellation fee of 4% to 6% may apply depending on the item and payment method used.
This applies to online purchases only.

For returns related to suspected hardness or workmanship issues, please include:

  • Photos of the mounting, setup, and shooting distance

  • Details on ammunition: caliber, bullet weight, materials, FPS (feet per second)

  • A description of the failure

To be eligible for return, the target must have been used within our posted usage guidelines and not shot with improper bullets or at speeds exceeding 3,000 FPS.

If 308 Industries confirms the target does not meet hardness specifications, we will send a replacement and credit your return shipping cost. If the target meets specifications, we can ship it back to you at your expense.

Shooting AR500 steel targets with steel-jacketed, steel-core, incendiary, or armor-piercing rounds will void any warranty and may cause damage or pose safety risks.

If your order included free shipping and you return the item, our actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Some items are non-returnable, including:

  • Custom or special-order products

  • Personalized items

  • Food items

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the original (if eligible). Once we accept the return, you can make a new purchase for the desired item.

Refunds (Online Purchases Only)

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • If the original card is no longer valid, store credit will be issued instead.

  • Refund processing time depends on your bank or credit card provider.

Optics

All sales are final.
For malfunctions, please register your product and contact the manufacturer directly.

Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable once the product has shipped.

  • For orders that included free shipping and are later returned, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
